In this video, Alex uses the keyboard to entrain your breathing to the music. In music therapy, entrainment is the process of syncing a physiological function with a musical element. As you watch this video and follow Alex's guided breathing instructions, your breath should begin to match the music being played. As the notes played on the piano rise, take a deep breath in and as the notes fall, take a deep breath out.
